CADCA Youth Leadership is a national initiative that equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to create positive change in their communities. Through leadership development, prevention education, advocacy training, and community action projects, youth learn to address issues such as substance misuse and other community challenges. The program emphasizes youth-adult partnerships, civic engagement, public speaking, policy advocacy, and evidence-based problem-solving strategies, helping young people become effective leaders, communicators, and agents of change.
