Description

The Coalition Check-Up Project is an evidence-informed technical assistance and continuous improvement model designed to help community prevention coalitions strengthen their capacity, enhance collaboration, and achieve meaningful community outcomes. Developed through a multi-year research partnership between Penn State and the University of Texas Health Science Center, the Coalition Check-Up follows a cyclical process of collecting information, reviewing findings, developing action plans, and implementing improvements.

Many practical tools were created to support this project and all are available for you to use. While they are all featured in the PLP eLibrary, they are also listed below for your reference.
