Description

The Pennsylvania Career Ready Skills (PA CRS) provide educators with clear progressions to support students’ growth in self-awareness, relationship-building, and problem-solving. Designed to complement existing standards—not replace curriculum—PA CRS offer a practical roadmap for weaving social-emotional learning and workforce readiness skills into instruction, school culture, and community partnerships. By using these skills, educators can better prepare students to navigate challenges, collaborate effectively, and make responsible decisions that will serve them in school, career, and life.
