Bridging the Gap: How Implementation Science Connects the Dots

The purpose of this introductory course is to explain the concept of Implementation Science and to show how implementation science bridges the gap between prevention science and practice, informing and improving program quality, delivery, and impact. This course will demonstrate the importance of the relationship between what we know (science) and what we do (practice).

eCourse Credentialing

Act 48 [PA only]

We currently offer continuing education credit for participants in Pennsylvania and are exploring opportunities to expand eligibility to additional states in the future.

Penn State is a Pennsylvania Department of Education non-credit Act 48 approved provider. Upon successful completion, participants can earn 0.5 hours toward fulfilling their Act 48 requirements by participating in this course and completing all activities. Be sure to complete the evaluation at the end of this course and indicate if you seek Act 48 credits in your learner profile.
