The “Adolescents and Gambling” webinar explores how young people are increasingly exposed to gambling and gambling-like activities, and the risks this poses to their development and well-being. Participants will learn about the high rates of youth engagement in gambling, the factors that contribute to problematic behaviors, and the impact of both traditional gambling and gambling elements within video games. The session also highlights key warning signs, prevention strategies, and practical approaches for addressing these issues with adolescents, along with available resources to support intervention and treatment.
