Part 1 of 3 - Coordinating Youth-Driven Work in the Community: Introduction to Youth Engagement

This course is Part 1 of a three-part series on engaging youth in prevention planning efforts. This first course will provide basic information on important concepts in youth engagement work and explain how coordinating youth-driven initiatives can enhance your community's prevention efforts. This course will also focus on the valuable role youth play in community-led initiatives and how to identify, recruit, and sustain your efforts.

Penn State is a Pennsylvania Department of Education non-credit Act 48 approved provider. Upon successful completion, participants can earn 0.75 hours toward fulfilling their Act 48 requirements by participating in this course and completing all activities.
